Clean your Paddle.
Your Paddle will collect flakes of ash from the fire. A simple wipe with a wet cloth and some Leather food/wax will keep your leather fresh and ready for the next fire.

We stitch our paddles with Kevlar instead of cotton. Kevlar has a higher burning threshold which means it doesn’t fray over time. That means it gets to live by the fire for generations.
The paddle is designed to feed the fire. A few fun and deliberate flicks is all it takes to get stronger flames and more heat.
This ergonomical design allows you to whip air back and forth without tiring out your arm. We say it’s the second most fun you can have with the flick of your wrist.

Beautifully made, very strong and sturdy. I bought these for our fire pit. It's so nice to be able to sit in a chair and tend the fire rather than having to be within burning distance with our old bbq tongs. They operate smoothly, and the whole group loved them. Expensive, but I think well worth it if you use a fire pit or bbq often.
Love my 27” Donkey Tongs. I use them to place wood splits onto the fire in my grill. Also use for flipping meat as well. Great product. I have the 32” but the 27” is perfect size for most everything.

I did not order them for myself. I gave them as Christmas gifts. They LOVED it! I did not put it on my wish list, but I thought Mrs. Clause would have realized I wanted one. so, I will have to treat myself. thanks for making a great pair of tongs.

If you’re on the fence, stop wasting time and buy the tongs! Best accidental discovery I’ve made in a long time. Not only are the tongue super high-quality but the customer service is out of this world. I’d buy them again just for the guys who make them because they really do go above and beyond and that’s hard to find these days. And the tongs are exceptional quality. I can reach everything now. 😂😂

Absolutely life altering tool for offset fire management. Goodbye shovel. This well constructed tool allows precision placement of sticks in the fire . The extra long length keeps you out of the heat when it's time to rearrange the coal bed . Bravo !
